I made deposit of $1500 for a $1845 vacation club in Jamaica at Royalton hotel in Trelawney, Montego Bay, Jamaica. I had a balance of $345 left to pay.
I decided I did not want to go through with the vacation club any longer and wanted to cancel.
As soon as I wanted to cancel travel smart from royalton hotel in Jamaica decided to post their payments on my bank account and creditcard once I sent a cancellation email. I called and email for 5-7 days before I got a response and even then they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee of $510.00 and I have not purchase the vacation club and I owed them $345.

Another terrible experience through Travelsmart vip club
Attempting to book a vacation using our purchased timeshare points from Travelsmart VIP Club. To vacation during an off season week costs us more points than we have available.
Of course when we purchased our points we were assured using the booking brochure that they were plenty for any season, & with an incredible saving. On top of it costing more than one years points, the fee for the weeks “all inclusive” accommodations exceeded $3700 US.
Also, they denied that we had called the year prior to roll over the points we weren’t able to use. It is a total scam.
They are scam artists. This is the most disreputable company we have ever dealt with.
When you complain they continuously say “it is written in the contract that you signed”.

- Just say refer to contract you signed
