The representative contact me back and help me to terminate the contact. She explain all information to us. She's great.
The Agreement that I signed said I have 5 days to cancel. It’s not said that this is a resale contract cannot get refund.
I called to confirm my cancellation. The representative said that It’s already in the system and customer call to confirm. She said that I will get the full refund because I cancel within 5 days and someone will contact me back.
But no....
the sale representative still contact me to keep the membership because if I cancel, I cannot get the refund. Does anyone know about a RESALE contract?????

I m trying to cancel the membership so far and no refund whatsoever
We sign the paperwork on 17 July 2019 around 5pm. I emailed them to cancel my contract with immediate effect and return my money from the Punta Cana airport after reading online reviews on 22 July 2019.
They are now saying 6days were gone and I m telling them 5 days. I...

I finally received a call back from TravelSmart after bombarding them with emails and posts on social media. They liaised with Flyback who finally saw sense and agreed to honour the contract.
Flyback have said although our contracts were signed on 27 September 2018, TravelSmart didn’t activate our flyback until 9 October 2018, therefore they are refusing to reimburse us. They are penalising us for the omissions of TravelSmart!
I have now sent six emails to both flyback and TravelSmart and TravelSmart have just ignored me.
I will be cancelling my membership and seeking full reimbursement.
The service has been terrible and this has been a very distressing time for me and my family.
We even emailed flyback before we booked our flights to confirm we’d be reimbursed, we are now out of pocket to the tune of $1500!
DO NOT PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP! You will be ignored and you stand to lose thousands!

Correction - it should not have said Mexican Law but it should be Dominican Republic. VIP asked for my phone number to discuss issues multiple times. I have given my phone number multiple times to call with the last email giving out again on July 26, 2019 and I still...
It was at least 3 hours instead of 90 minutes, and it sounds really good at the time.
However, they misrepresented how the points were used during the sales pitch (never told the points vary by season and by room type), as well as how much the all-inclusive fee can be ( I was told $299-499 per person per trip, when that can be per DAY). In the long run, it would not be the money saver they claimed. The contract stated that I have 5 calendar days to cancel, when by Mexican Law, it is 5 business days.
I sent my cancellation within that period, and so far they have refused to cancel. I made a formal complaint with the credit card company and Travelsmart refused to refund themselves or with the credit card complaint.
It's a shame, because the hotel was really great, but this experience has been such a headache that it sours the whole memory and time spent.
I'm still waiting for a response from them after they said they would try to make things right with the vacation, but when I ask about getting my money back there is no response until I post something on a public forum that is negative. They just asked for my info to look responsive, but then didn't do anything with it.

Not sure what you agreed to sign as far as confirmation of cancelation ....but whatever garbage that was... I suggest emailing the vp of Sunwing airlines - owners of the Royalton brand . Not sure if they would be happy to know that their hard earned goodwill and elite brand is having their name sullied by these sales practices.
