I purchased a membership just before COVID and didnt get the chance to use it yet.
They have made many changes in the membership system and I have been sending many emails with questions and never got s response back. Even from staff who I was in contact with just in December 2020.
This is being such s bad experience since they left us in the Dark and dont give a ***
Im definitely put a stop payment since this is a total scam.
