I have paid into this program for 2 years. The first year it was cheaper to book outside the program than it was to with it.

Upon our vacation I spoke with the manager that was running the Travel Smart end of things there, who promised us - if we upgraded - I don't know why we would need to upgrade as we were told when we bought the program that it was good for when ever we wanted to travel, as it was a pre construction price. Come to find out that it's only good if we travel during July -Oct., that we would be able to have my husband and I come down free of charge for the week and my son and his girlfriend would only have to pay 1365 for the couple. Come to find out that on top of this we needed to pay airfare. So I bought the airfare.

We reached out to Andrew to get everything in order to find out after a few months of trying that he is gone. We received a call from another person who has done what she could to help but seeing as she is only finance. I had another call from a Ms. Garland who said she would get back to me once she contacted corporate with our case.

I did not hear back from her until I sent another e-mail asking for an update, to which she told me that the price was going to be higher for my son and his girlfriend. I have it in writing for the price I am to pay but they insist on trying to get me to pay higher prices. She said she would go to Corporate to see what could be done. I have still not heard back from her.

Corporate cannot take weeks to months to get back to someone. I sent a reveiw to travel smart who called and listened to my story and said that they would speak with Ms.Garland and would call me back. no call. I have sent e-mail after e-mail trying to resolution but to no avail.

No one wants to call me back or e-mailed to say they are looking into it. I called Saturday and spoke with Larissa who said she spoke with Ms.Garland and a Mr. Todd Binder who were to get back to me that day. still no call.

I called back and was told that Mr. Binder would be reaching out to me first thing this morning. Still no call. If this is how members are treated I want nothing to do with this company!

I have not used my package and have paid into it for 2 years. I need someone with some customer care experience to call me and get this dealt with. I am to travel in less than 8 weeks and still no place to stay.

I am totally exhausted from this experience and would like to either get my money back or have this taken care of and know that I am going on vacation. Please, Please someone get back to me asap as I am at my wits end

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Travelsmart Vip Club Cons: Bad customer service, Way they dont care about the customer, Never tell the truth.

Travel Smart is a scam. What the reps at the resort sell you and what your contract states is not at all what you get when you call to book your vacation.

All of a sudden, it costs more money, you can't use the points given to you etc. I cannot believe that Sunwing/Signature vacations/RCI is in anyway affiliated with this unreputable company. I am trying thru different sources to contact various people who would be interested in joining forces to contact a lawyer to perhaps take on a class action suit against the above named companies. On the down side am learning that Travel Smart is governed by the laws in the country to which you purchased your membership so would need a lawyer's advise to proceed.

If nothing else and our memberships cannot be cancelled we may be able to make sure that this company cannot continue to do business.

Today travel Smart did her best to get me in with their total lies and the total efforts to get me sign with them a new contract but not even a foul or insean person can buy this . They try harder to sell you a dream a dream that start with a small amount of 27900 plus fees .....

They think I never did business at all in my life . So travel smart for all your lies , all you discrimination and racist says for my and my wife welcome to my world .

I'm really impatient to return to Canada and I already called my lawyer. And I'm ready to spend the hole 30000 $ just to make you understand that their is a consequence for your act .

Any one with start this fight just answer to my message and I will contact you .
