All,

I cant believe this is supposed to be a top flight holiday operator dealing so badly with their customers.

They are using their resorts to pedal time share - even using their Royalton branded team to peddle the time share sham.

Just at the Royalton suites in Cancun and they are lying in wait for their customers. I havenโ€™t seen this type of scam at any other hotel group.

Honestly Royalton you should be ashamed of yourselves, its an absolute disgrace.

I had hope for a free 4 day stay vouchers but even that promise is hollow - cant wait to face to face the Travel Smart Manager in Cancun tomorrow.

Just an opportunity to tell them what snakes they really are.

I cancelled within 24 hours of signing. They made it very difficult for us, pretending he didn't have a problem and then trying to sell us one week instead of two.

The money wasn't the issue, it was just all too vague as to what we were paying for. I had to plead to leave as we were flying home that day.

They still charged us nearly ยฃ1,000 for 24 hours of membership and we didn't use anything. They are crooks!

If you were a legitimate service, you would not need to lie to get people signed up, you would not need to make it impossible to cancel, you would not hide behind Mexican jurisdiction, selling to customers from other countries, etc, etc.

I have no doubts, thank you. You make it impossible to cancel because otherwise you would have lost all your clients (a.k.a fraud victims) in a day. And you hide behind Mexican jurisdiction because otherwise you would have been sued and gone bankrupt by now.

This is beyond true! Tried to cancel after our first trip as members and were given a load of bs..... The term snake is an understatement for the majority of people Iโ€™ve been in contact with

Dear Anonymous, The cancellation policy can be found in Clause 7 of the legal contract you signed when becoming a member. You can follow the steps detailed should you wish to cancel your contract.
